Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls (assist customers with inquiries and service sign-ups)
Schedule and manage cleaning appointments efficiently
Support the CEO with administrative tasks (including communication, invoicing, and more)
Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Experience in customer service, ideally in a similar role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently during US business hours
Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
