Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls (assist customers with inquiries and service sign-ups)

  • Schedule and manage cleaning appointments efficiently

  • Support the CEO with administrative tasks (including communication, invoicing, and more)

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently during US business hours

  • Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
